The Graphic Focus Client Advisory Board


From our point of view, providing service is not enough.

Truly extraordinary business relationships are made by asking, "what would make you ecstatic?" and then delivering on the response. And so, at Graphic Focus, we ask.

In April of 2001 we formed a Client Advisory Board (CAB) to do just that. We gathered 12 of our most diverse clients -- from a variety of age groups, gender, industry and experience -- and asked them very specific questions during a 3-hour, professionally facilitated session.

Dan Swart's objective facilitation allowed the Board to be incredibly honest about our industry, about Graphic Focus and about individual team members.

We found that our clients had the best ideas for improving our service; we continue to rely on their input, and the input of all of our clients, on an ongoing basis.
